MELT Homes is the residential arm of MELT Property, a group of property development and investment companies formed in 2002 with a reputation for ambitious, high-quality residential developments; and commercial led projects with a particular focus on the hotel and aparthotel sector.

Our recent 5-star accolades from The United Kingdom Property Awards 2020-21 reflect our commitment and consistent efforts to uphold the MELT brand in all of our developments across the UK.

We have been recognised for our exceptional architecture and marketing expertise, having won four property accolades at The United Kingdom Property Awards 2020-21. These are part of the International Property Awards Programme and are widely known as one of the industry’s most prestigious award ceremonies.

We received five stars for all 3 award categories entered for our projects; ‘Residential Development’ for Gloucestershire. ‘Development Marketing’ for The South West. Quattro Design & Tate Harmer in Association with MELT Homes has also won a 5-star award for ‘Architecture Multiple Residence’ for The South West.

Furthermore, we earned the ‘Developer Website’ award for https://www.meltproperty.co.uk/ within the United Kingdom area.

Adding to this excellent accomplishment, we have also been shortlisted at the British Homes Awards in three categories for our ONE62 development in Hythe: Small development of the year. Development of the year {under £10m} and Apartment development of the year.

Our Lock Warehouse project is equally an award-winning development. The conversion won a Civic award for the quality of the restoration and alteration undertaken in 2015.
