MELT Homes is a property development and investment company formed in 2002. In the last 18 years, we’ve built over 100 properties in London, Gloucestershire, and Kent.
Our design-led philosophy delivers unique, highly specified homes.
We believe that the home is a reflection of who we are and what believe. It’s a sacred space. We build individually designed contemporary properties, which reflect people’s life goals and aspirations and are designed around the way they live their lives.

We aim to deliver exceptionally designed contemporary homes that reflect people’s personalities and choices and which are tailored to the way people live their lives. We aim to improve the quality of our customer’s lives through the innovative use of design.
We also aim to improve the areas in which we develop. We build inspiring contemporary properties that complement and enhance the places they are set in. Our developments win awards for their quality of design and sensitivity to their environment and surroundings. We believe that, whatever the price of a home, it should be well designed.
Sustainability is high on our agenda with technologies like Ground Source Heating, Solar Panel, and Battery technology increasingly becoming a key part of our new homes.
